Scale Together: The Strategy, Systems, and Connections to Build.

Too big to be small. Too small to be big. And carrying it all on your shoulders.

You’ve proven the business works. Revenue is consistent, the team is growing, but the operator playbook that got you here won't get you to $5M. This is where a founder-to-founder perspective, from those who’ve successfully made this transition and experienced guidance, will help you understand what’s actually breaking, what needs to change, and what comes next.

This is your peer cohort: founders navigating $200K-$1M revenue.

Engage in real talk about the high-stakes decisions you're facing right now. You'll walk away with practical roadmaps, strategic clarity, a founder-tested perspective on your immediate challenges, and connections that actually move your business forward, without burning out or losing what you've built.

Build a business that scales beyond you with E-Series Growth.

Here’s what you can expect:

A Vetted 3-Year Roadmap

What got you here won’t get you to $5M. Translate your momentum into a clear three-year operational strategy for systems, processes, and team structure, shifting from reactive problem-solving to proactive growth without relying on personal heroics.

High-Stakes Decision Support

Navigate big, strategic decisions with peer truth-telling and expert guidance from those who’ve done it before. Stress-test your strategy, evolve your role, and move forward with informed support.

Protected Space to Build, Not Just Operate

Step out of reaction mode and into structured, protected time to focus on the strategic work that determines your next stage of growth, with peer accountability to keep it moving.

What’s Included:

  • 12 weeks of structured support, with 2 hours per week dedicated to building your strategy and your business alongside professionals and peers.
  • A focused program stream in Finance, Leadership, or Operations, so you’re working on the issues that are actually holding your business back while building a three-year plan.
  • Access to experienced operators, subject matter experts, and champions, plus peer founders who are in the same stage and asking the same hard questions.
  • 1:1 support, warm introductions, and tailored resources that evolve with your business as new needs surface throughout the program.
  • A completed three-year strategic plan aligned to your chosen program stream, with detailed roadmaps focused on the systems, decisions, and priorities most relevant to that area.

Choose the strategic program stream that best fits your business and goals

When you apply, you’ll indicate which program stream aligns most closely with your business goals or current barriers to growth. Spots in each stream are limited, so while we do our best to accommodate your preference, placement in your first choice cannot be guaranteed. We’ll work with you to ensure the best possible fit to support your growth.

Stream A: Finance Strategy

Stream A: Finance Strategy

Make confident financial decisions at the next stage of growth.

Who this stream is for

Your business is generating revenue, but the numbers still feel unclear or disconnected from how you actually run the company. If financial decisions feel high-stakes and you’re relying on others to tell you whether things are “healthy,” this is the right focus.

What you’ll work on

Use your financials to inform decisions about growth, hiring, and capital. You’ll work with your profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow to understand what’s driving performance, which levers matter most, and how to set revenue and profit targets grounded in business reality and personal goals.

What you’ll walk away with

  • A three-year financial roadmap, including a forward-looking P&L, a 36-month cash flow forecast, and a capital strategy aligned to how you want to grow
  • A shift from bookkeeping and compliance to strategic finance you can actually use

Stream B: Leadership & Team

Stream B: Leadership & Team

Build a team and leadership structure that doesn’t rely on founder heroics.

Who this stream is for

Everything still runs through you, and the business can’t move without your constant involvement. If hiring feels risky, delegation feels unclear, and you’re worried you’re becoming the bottleneck, this is the right focus.

What you’ll work on

Design a leadership and team structure that allows the business to grow without relying on founder heroics. You’ll work through delegation, hiring sequencing, and culture systems so responsibility is shared and the organization can scale with confidence.

What you’ll walk away with

  • An organizational design chart for years one, two, and three, outlining who to hire and when
  • A shift from holding everything together yourself to leading as an executive with a team you can trust

Stream C: Operational Systems

Stream C: Operational Systems

Create systems that support scale and reduce day-to-day friction.

Who this stream is for

The business works, but day-to-day operations feel chaotic, reactive, and overly dependent on what lives in people’s heads. If consistency is hard to maintain and scaling feels risky because processes aren’t clearly defined or systems aren’t in place, this stream will help you build the operational foundation needed to scale with confidence.

What you’ll work on

Build repeatable systems that reduce friction and create clarity across the business. You’ll identify critical business processes, document core workflows, and assess your technology stack to ensure systems support how the business operates today and where it needs to go next.

What you’ll walk away with

  • An operating playbook outline and a technology roadmap designed to support meaningful scale over the next three years
  • A shift from constant firefighting to clear, scalable systems that make the business easier to run, regardless of industry

FAQs

How is E-Series Growth different from E-Series?

E-Series Growth is designed for founders who are generating consistent revenue beyond $200K annually and are committed to continuing their growth beyond $1M in revenue. This pilot cohort builds on the same foundation of education and connection as E-Series, but is tailored to businesses that have moved beyond early-stage growth and are navigating more complex scaling challenges. Designed to be intentionally small and high-touch, E-Series Growth focuses on the real decisions founders face as they transition from momentum to structure. If E-Series helped you build momentum, E-Series Growth helps you build the systems, strategy, and leadership capacity needed for the next phase.

How do I attend the online E-Series?

Our regular E-Series program is not running this spring. If you are looking for programming aligned with earlier-stage growth, we encourage you to explore our resource guide, which highlights programs and opportunities designed to support founders at that stage.

Why should I take E-Series Growth?

E-Series Growth is for founders who have proven business, but need time, structure, and support to decide what comes next. The program gives you protected space to build a clear three-year strategy, pressure-test decisions, and work alongside experienced peers and operators. You’ll leave with tangible plans, stronger leadership confidence, and systems that support sustainable growth.

Who is eligible for E-Series Growth?

E-Series Growth is designed for founders who are generating consistent revenue and leading a growing team. Businesses should be beyond the solo founder stage, earning between $200K and $1M in annual revenue, and facing real operational, financial, or leadership bottlenecks. Full eligibility details are outlined above.

What if I miss a live session?

This program is designed to work best when you attend live, as much of the value comes from real-time discussion, collaboration, and feedback. If you expect to miss more than 25% of sessions, we recommend waiting for a future cohort. If something changes during the program, connect with your Leadership Partner at The Forum to determine how best to stay on track.

How much does E-Series Growth cost?

The program fee ranges from $500 to $1,250 based on your business’s annual revenue as part of our pilot pricing. The full market value is $5,000. Fees are charged only to those formally accepted into the program and are due by June 30th, 2026. If cost is a barrier, we encourage you to reach out to programs@theforum.ca and share any additional context so we can explore options where possible.

How do I sign up?

Click here to apply. Cohorts will be selected by March 6th.

How is E-Series Growth delivered?

E-Series Growth is delivered through a blend of in-person and virtual experiences. The program begins and ends with in-person sessions to build strong cohort relationships. Between those moments, education, peer groups, and 1:1 support are delivered virtually, allowing you to continue running your business while building and refining your three-year plan.

What are the requirements to attend?

You must be able to attend the in-person kickoff and closing sessions in either Toronto or Vancouver, with travel covered by you. You’ll also need to commit approximately 10 - 12 hours per month for virtual sessions, peer groups, 1:1 meetings, and implementation work.

Can I apply if I am in the ideation or pre-launch stage?

E-Series Growth is best suited for founders who are already generating consistent revenue and navigating the challenges that come with scaling a business. If you’re still in the ideation, pre-launch, or very early stages, there are other programs and resources that may be a better fit for where you are right now. We encourage you to explore our resource guide to find opportunities designed to support you as you build, validate, and launch your business.

What happens after the program is over?

After the program, you’ll be invited to join the Forum 200 community, where you can continue connecting with peers and accessing opportunities designed to support ongoing growth. You’ll also have continued access to your 1:1 Support Champion for three months following the program’s close.

What if I have a co-founder?

Your co-founder is welcome to join the program with you. If both founders participate, they must enroll in the same stream to ensure alignment on your business strategy and three-year plan. If you are unable to attend a specific session, your co-founder can attend in your place to ensure your business stays engaged and supported throughout the program.
